Here’s a shot I made for an upcoming article concerning an underground Robotics Club. The concept was to have one of the guys as a Robot and have the other ones working on him! This is far from their reality but we tried to have fun with it! Given the short delay of prep work and our tight deadline, I think we did well. This is a bit different from what I’m used to do, as I was shooting with colored gels and mostly with 7″ bowls, which I don’t use quite often in my personal photography. The gels were used to create that typical industrial look you often see in corporate work, a style that was very strong in the 80′s! The guys were super nice, we had Mr. Ben Jones taking care of the entertainment as well as Ms. Shayl Prisk from the Magazine making sure we were on the right track! Fun shoot, you can imagine!
