I stumbled across Eugenio Recuenco‘s work by pure luck, through a friend of a friend on MySpace. My jaw just fell to the ground when I saw his works of Art! Pictures, Paintings, it’s hard to tell! The color rendition is very painterly but his subject matter can be shocking at times. The light is soft and subtle, the colors are just amazing and rich, though desaturated, and each piece is full of different textures, very « organic » some may say! The pictures shown above are all taken from the same series, so I strongly recommend you to spend some quality time exploring his body of work on his website. It’s probably the most stylish photographer I’ve ever encountered!
